These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.gogenixlabs.com and the purchase of products from Genix Labs, operated by Bright Future Innovations LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America ("Genix Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access the website or purchase any product.
All products sold by us are supplied strictly as laboratory research materials for in-vitro scientific research and analytical purposes by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and they have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption or administration. Any use in or on humans or animals is strictly prohibited.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By placing an order, you represent and warrant, under penalty of perjury, that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or an authorized representative of a research institution, and that you are acquiring our products solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers and customers.
2. Research Use Only Restriction
Our products are sold for research use only. You agree that you will not use, permit the use of, resell, relabel, repackage, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or cosmetic purpose. You are solely responsible for determining that any product is suitable and lawful for your intended research use.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and with all applicable national, provincial, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, import, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of research materials. We reserve the right to request verification of your research credentials and to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, at our sole discretion, that we believe does not meet these criteria or is intended for a prohibited use.
4. Assumption of Risk
Research chemicals may be hazardous and must be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate laboratory safety practices and equipment. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product purchased from us.
5. Product Information & No Guarantees
Product descriptions, specifications, and analytical data (including any Certificate of Analysis) are provided for laboratory documentation and reference only. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but the website may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors, and we do not warrant that any material on the website is accurate, complete, or current. We may update product information at any time without notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for the batch-specific specifications set out in the applicable Certificate of Analysis, all products and this website are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bright Future Innovations LLC, Genix Labs, and their members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
9. Pricing, Orders & Payment
All prices are stated in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) unless another currency is expressly indicated, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to limit order quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order. Any promotion or discount is subject to its stated terms. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers over a secure, encrypted connection; we do not store full card details.
10. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Returns Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that import and receipt of research materials is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where permitted by law, you and we waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.
