This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may purchase and use products from Genix Labs, operated by Bright Future Innovations LLC. It supplements our Terms of Use. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1. Permitted Use
Our products are supplied to qualified research professionals, licensed practitioners, and institutional buyers solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research and analytical work, and must be handled in accordance with standard laboratory safety practice.
2. Prohibited Use
You may not purchase, use, or obtain any product for: human or animal consumption or administration; any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or cosmetic purpose; resale, relabeling, repackaging, or redistribution for human or animal use; or any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. Marketing, reselling, or representing our products as suitable for human use is strictly prohibited.
3. Buyer Qualification & Verification
By ordering, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and are a qualified researcher or authorized representative of a research institution. We may request verification of your identity, age, or research credentials, and we may withhold fulfillment until any requested verification is complete.
4. Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, limit, or delay any order that we believe does not meet our buyer criteria, is intended for a prohibited use, or may violate applicable law or card-network rules.
5. Compliance With Law
You are solely responsible for complying with all national, provincial, and local laws and regulations, and any import or export controls, that apply to the purchase, receipt, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of research materials in your jurisdiction.
6. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your order, refusal of future orders, and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities. Nothing in this policy limits any remedy available to us under our Terms of Use or applicable law.
